About Me

I am an experienced Individual, Couple and Psychosexual therapist

Working in private practice between London (Berkeley Square & Canary Wharf) and Brighton. I practise within a psychodynamic framework and use CBT techniques for both couple and psychosexual work.

Psychotherapy and counselling come in many different forms. The help that I offer ranges from short term, goal orientated work, to a more classical, long term approach focused on a deeper and more personal exploration of either oneself or the couple.

I draw from many different approaches enabling me to work creatively and uniquely with every client.

I have a profound interest in the dynamics and complexities of the relationships we forge in our lives. This includes those in the arena of work and career, to more personal family, couple and sexual relationships. We are social beings, thus the part that relationships play in our lives underpin the foundation of our personal wellbeing. At times the way we organise and manage our relationships can hinder their function. Examination of our behaviour and responses can be helpful in the maintenance and improvement of them.

The location of the London practice has encouraged a specialised interest and ability with clients from both the financial and creative worlds.
